¢ñ. Tips for PE gas pipe joining:
The Connection Approaches for PE gas pipes and fittings can be either by socket fusion for those of under Ø 90mm or butt fusion above that diameter. In order to inserts the pipe in the right way, we suggested that used the polyhedron welding apparatus and the heat melt docking machine of our company. The welding procedures are as follows:
Below are the welding procedures:
1) The pipe and its fittings are fixed on the fusion machine with holders by the sizes, and the cut end is deliberately cleaned without any foreign matter inside and outside. The joining ends are square, smooth and align.
2) Adjust the height of the pipe and fittings, and make sure the ends to be joined meet squarely around their entire circumference, turn on the heater.
3) When the heater is prepared with the green indicating light on, push the ends to be joined against the heater for the required heating time, remove the ends heated from the heater and immediately bring them together with sufficient force that will form a uniform bead around the entire circumstance of the joint. Wait for cooling.
