Ⅰ. Storage and transportation:
1) Transporting pipe and fitting, should be puts carefully and lightly, avoids the greasier, strictly prohibits the intensive bumping and touches with sharp thing, do not throws, falls, rolls, tows etc.
2) The pipe and the fitting should deposit in ventilates storehouse or the simple awning to prevents the radiation of sunlight, so do not deposits in the open-air. Pay attention to fire and keep pipe's distance from heat.
3) Piled the pipe onto the smooth ground, avoid bend the pipe, arrange the pipes in neat piles,

Ⅱ. Operation requirement for PP-R Pipe:
1) Inserts pipe into the wall, should suits the reserve channel, if the channel's size is ruleless, should make the channel's depth is De+20-40mm, the width is De+40-60mm, the channel's surface must keep level, do not have the sharp thing, after tests the hydrostatic pressure is qualified, fills the channel with M7.5 compo.

2) Lay the pipe under the ground, should according to the design paper, if the scene of the construction has changed, should keeps the record of the changed.

3) When installing the pipe, do not make the pipe axial distortion, when the pipe through the wall or the floor, should not forces to adjust, when PP-R water supply pipe lays with other metal pipe, must keep certain distance, the distance not less than 100mm, furthermore, PP-R pipe suitably inside the metal pipe.

4) If want installs the pipe on the wall, should installing after stuccoes and suits the reserve channel.

5) When the pipe through the floor, should set a steel thimble, the steel thimble should outdoes the floor more than 50mm, and should have waterproof fitting, when the pipe through the roofing, should set a bracket to fixed.

6) When the hot water pipe through the wall, should suits the steel earthenware pipe that arrange in advance by builder. The cold water pipe through the wall, may reserve a hole, the hole's diameter should bigger than pipe's for 50mm.

7) Buries the pipe under the grounds and walls, should make hydrostatic testing and project checked before seal.

8) The request of lay the pipe under the ground and floor is as follows:

• Below the room's ground level + 0.00, lay pipe suitably divide two sections, at first, lay pipe below the ground level + 0.00, than lay the outdoors pipe after construction's end.
• Lay the pipe below the room's ground level should after the construction's end, newly excavate to lay. Strictly prohibits lays the pipe before backfill or no tamps.
• The channel used for lay pipe should level, do not have sharp thing, and soil particle's size not bigger than 12mm.when it necessity, may cover with 100mm thickness sand cushion.
• When backfill the pipeline, do not have sharp thing around the pipe or contact with pipe's surface. Should use the sandy soil or the soil particle's size not bigger than 12mm to cover, after ramming then backfill raw soil. Lay pipe under room's ground, the depth not less than 300mm. Lay pipe under outside's ground, the depth not less than antifreezing coat.
• If the pipe protrudes above the ground, should setting jacket, the jacket may higher than ground for 100mm.
• If the pipe though the wall, should setting metal jacket. The distance between the jacket and hole (reserve by builder) on the wall not less than 100mm.
• When the pipe through the street, fills soil's thickness not less than 700mm, should use the strictly protective measures. Should marks the pipe's position and trend, strictly prohibits attacking or nailing nail on the pipe.

9 ) “ Rulei ” pipe of De40-De110mm, fixing pipe need connect a extension tube, hot water pipe connect one extension tube for every 10 meters, cold water connect one extension tube for every 15 meters. The extension tube use the stainless steel corrugated pipe, when it necessary, PP-R pipe connect with De20-De32mm pipe also can by extension tube.

10) When testing the system's hydrostatic intension, not including water used equipment, like tap, ball value and so on. Can use a compression resistance plastic stem to caulking the metal inlay fitting. Still needs pay attention to loading and unloading, do not excessively fiercely, in order to avoid the screw thread fitting suffer pressure, than creates the attachment point leakage. When checking the hermetization, should install whole equipment, so can inspects the overall system reliability.
